On Fridays, I usually like to share happy pretty links as a way to jump start the weekend. However, there was nothing happy nor pretty surrounding the events that has happened to my beloved home this past week. Words can not describe the pain, loss, heartbreak, frustration and devestation that I have experienced and witnessed over the past couple of days. People have lost their homes, millions are still without power, and gas and food are becoming scarce in certain parts, like Staten Island, Long Island, and Hoboken NJ.
Maybe it's because I'm trapped inside this horrific bubble, but I feel that those who live outside of the Tri-State area truly don't understand the what is going on here. But I really really really want you to understand. I want you to do more than understand I want you to help. AMERICA, CANADA, UK, THE REST OF THE WORLD - ANYONE WHO CAN HEAR ME - WE NEED YOUR HELP! Here are some ways that you can help from a far...

This reminds me of what happened out here in Louisiana when Katrina hit. It was a horrible time and most of the time, it didn't seem real. I will continue to keep you all in my prayers and help in the ways that I can. God bless you all!
